Been twice and we like the site but August was too busy, we didn’t mange to book a slot for the pool in the three nights stay we were here for. We’ve been in October and preferred that. We used the touring site, good sized pitches, lots for kids, bit tired here and there and the bins were overflowing in peak season. Good family destination overall, just don’t bother with the fish and chips, the pub food it better. Staff are really lovely though and we would return off peak.

Couldn’t have had a better first holiday for my family!! Great caravan, wonderful site (especially for accessibility) and amazing staff! Can’t thank the entertainment staff enough for their kindness and just amazing attitude towards our family, Donna, Paige, Meg, Reece and Sadie have been astounding all week, I can’t praise this place and the people here who make it enough! We can’t wait to visit again next year and so sad to be leaving!! Honestly best time ever!!

We've had the loveliest time away with the family, There was lots to do close by to Skipsea, We visited lots of attractions with our 3 year old grandson. We visited Bugtopia and Beach Cove at Hornsea Freeport, even did a little shopping which was only 15 minutes away, We came across a huge indoor inflatable play area suitable for toddlers as well as older kids.
The one thing that stood out most of all was the staff at Skipsea Sands, every member of staff went out of their way to make our stay that extra special. We met the lovely Jemma in the clubhouse, nothing was too much trouble and Matt in the Leisure complex who made sure our Grandsons swimming goggles were exactly the right fit, we had the best time in the pool, the water was really warm. I definitely recommend going to Skipsea Sands holiday park.
